Property Consultant and Sales Manager

NEXTASIA Land, Inc. is looking for driven and passionate Property Consultants to join our growing in-house sales team. Under the guidance of our experienced Sales Managers, you will learn the ropes of property selling, prospecting and client management, while enjoying competitive rewarding incentives.

Job Summary:

In-house Property Consultant and Sales Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Location: Lipa, Batangas, and Calamba, Laguna

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet the prescribed minimum sales quota per month.
  • Assist clients from prospecting to sales closing and turnover
  • Attend all regular and special meetings called by the developer, and general assembly.
  • Follow and implement all provisions of the developer’s Manual of Policies and Procedures.
  • Protect the interest of the developer and actively promote the image and reputation of developer and projects.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2nd year college level or with a minimum of 72 academic units completed
  • With prior real estate selling experience (required for Sales Manager)
  • Knowledgeable in lead generation, prospecting, and traditional selling techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to be trained
