On its second year, Next Asialand, Inc. expanded its business and delved into multiple housing and townhouse development in the subdivision of South Metro, particularly Parañaque, Muntinlupa, and Las Piñas. Upgrading the urban living with its innovative floor plans and unique features. Next AsiaLand, Inc’s distinctive designs and fine quality craftsmanship at an affordable price became its unique selling point among its clientele, thus, the brand NextAsia and its tagline, The Future of Urban Living was born.
