As part of its 13th Anniversary celebration, NEXTASIA Land strengthens its commitment to building sustainable and future-ready communities through a meaningful corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative — the handover of solar-powered streetlights to Majada Out Elementary School (MOES) in Calamba City, Laguna.
The handover activity, attended by NEXTASIA executives and volunteers, along with MOES school officials, marks another step in the company’s mission to promote clean, renewable energy and safer spaces.
Brighter Nights, Safer Days
The installation of solar streetlights around the school grounds and nearby access areas aims to enhance security and safety for students, teachers, and parents. With these new solar-powered lights, Majada Out Elementary School now enjoys well-lit pathways powered by the sun while reducing electricity costs.

“These solar streetlights are more than just lights – they represent hope, safety, and progress,” said Mr. Tristan Y. Carreon, Deputy to the COO of NEXTASIA Land. “Through this donation, we aim to support a safer learning environment while also encouraging cleaner, greener energy practices that will benefit generations to come.”
A Partnership for Progress
Teachers expressed their appreciation for the project, noting how improved lighting contributes to a more secure and welcoming environment for students and community members alike.
Beyond its real estate developments, NEXTASIA continues to extend its sustainability efforts to the communities it serves, promoting and supporting environmental responsibility, education, and community development.

Building Future-Ready Communities
NEXTASIA Land has long integrated sustainability and smart living features into its residential projects — including solar-powered amenities, EV charging provisions, and broadband-ready homes. The company’s CSR efforts mirror the same values it upholds in its developments: innovation, sustainability, and community growth.
